3) Accompany groups according to the itinerary
4) Support Group Leader in running the program smoothly
5) Coordinate participants movement at each location
6) Manage time and ensure participant discipline
7) Handle basic inquiries and situations professional
8) Ensure a safe, informative and enjoyable experience
Vacancies Requirements :
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu & English
- Knowledge of tourism and culture
- Friendly, confident and good communication skills
- Experience in guiding or coordinating is an advantage
- Physically fit and willing to travel overseas
- Valid Tour Guide License (MOTAC)
- Responsible and punctual
- Professional and able to work in a team
- Able to explain clearly & engagingly
